Our Team

I have been fundraising with Extra Life Edmonton since 2014, and have been on the organizing team since 2019. I participate in Extra Life for my wife, who wouldn't be here without the Stollery's help when she was a child, as well as all my students that have been treated there. When I'm not Extra Life-ing, I am a high school English teacher and amateur guitar builder. My favourite games include Skyrim, Stardew Valley, Assassin's Creed, Pokemon, and The Forest.

I joined the team in 2023 with a passion for helping others and making a difference. The Stollery Children’s Hospital holds a special place in my heart, as it has helped people close to me, and I’m committed to giving back. When I’m not supporting Extra Life, I’m a freelance 3D artist and 3D printing enthusiast, always looking to grow my skills and explore new creative challenges. I love learning, creating, and finding ways to make a positive impact.

Joining the team in 2023, I am in charge of wrangling our NPCs volunteers (Nerdy People who Care!) as well as coordinating our appearences at events throughout the year. If you've been to an ELE booth, you have probably talked to me! I love Genshin Impact, Pokemon, Guild Wars, and World of Warcraft. When I'm not at events, I am loving my dog Hank!

Hi, I’m Eric! I’ve been part of the Extra Life Edmonton team since 2017, doing my best to make sure our graphics really shine so that we can reach folks like you (yes, you, the lovely person reading this!) I’m a passionate supporter of the Stollery and the invaluable work they do for our communities - although I don’t have a Stollery story of my own, someone once said that everyone in Alberta has either been helped directly, or has a loved one who’s been helped by their services, and that really resonates with me. I split my spare time between playing videogames (I’m a huge fan of Dota 2 and Halo) and tinkering around with various personal projects like painting miniatures and 3D printing.
